Are polymer clay earrings heavy? 

Polymer clay earrings are actually very lightweight which make larger styles accessories very comfortable to wear.  

Are the metal components hypoallergenic? 

The standard metal components used are gold plated or silver plated brass and are nickel-free. Other options available are titanium, stainless steel, silver or even gold, whenever possible the earrings backs are added at the last minute to allow for this choice, please contact us if you have special requirements.  

How do I take care of my earrings? 

Polymer clay earrings are quite durable but it is advised to avoid wearing the earrings while sleeping, showering or swimming. Take care when spraying perfume or hairspray as these can affect glazed or resin items. Earrings can be wiped with a damp cloth or cotton pad to remove makeup or smudges. Keeping your earrings in a safe place such as a jewellery box is the best way to store them so they do not get scratched or damaged. 

Do you have a return policy? 

For hygiene reasons returns are usually not accepted except for breakages or malfunctioning, however, we want you to be happy with your purchase and should there be any issue we'll work with you to resolve it.  

How fast are orders fulfilled?

Our packing and processing time is currently 3-5 business days on top of shipping. Should there be any delay (holidays etc.) I will personally email you to advise.   

Where do you ship to? 

We ship internationally from the UK but please bear in mind shipping costs and any local taxes which are not included, and that shipping speeds are currently affected by Covid19 pandemic.

Do you do custom orders? 

We do consider all enquiries for custom orders, and often get requests for special occasions accessories or specific colours to match an outfit. Please use the 'contact' page for any enquiries.
